License to Thrive is a community interest company dedicated to creating opportunities, addressing inequality and supporting positive social change.

We recognise that people do not thrive in isolation. Our wellbeing, confidence and opportunities are shaped by the communities we belong to, the systems we navigate and the resources available to us.
For too many people, barriers relating to housing, employment, education, social care and social exclusion limit their ability to participate fully in society.
We exist to challenge those barriers.

Through community-led projects, creative education, meaningful partnerships and advocacy, we work alongside individuals, organisations and communities to develop practical solutions to real-world challenges.

Our approach is rooted in collaboration, compassion and the belief that those most affected by social issues should have a meaningful voice in shaping the solutions.

We bring together lived experience, professional expertise and community resources to create opportunities that are accessible, sustainable and responsive to local needs.

We are interested not simply in delivering services, but in asking how those services, systems and opportunities might be improved.
Because thriving should not be a privilege.
It should be a possibility for everyone.
